We source our material from over two million pages of classic Asian texts, which our partners at the Asian Legacy Library have preserved and digitized. Together, our teams have taken painstaking measures to translate, understand, and apply the original yogic texts, all so that we could share them with you in a clear and accessible way.

Service

  • Creating a more fulfilling life for ALL, especially those who find themselves in a cycle of poverty.
  • Pada: A self care journal and life program - 100% of proceeds help the homeless. Buy it here!
  • Santosha Village is a unique nature centered village of RVs, Tiny Houses and Yurts of about 40 residents, who pay a very affordable all inclusive rent and help maintain the village.

Impact

  • Santosha Village: Campground, sustainable farm, transformational space
  • Shala Housing: Affordable housing with all basic needs included in rent & community
  • The Bus: A school bus that has been converted into a unique community center that is run collectively by the homeless

Moksha Yoga

Moksha is dedicated to transforming lives through yoga. We guide inmates on a journey of reflection, growth, and new ways of relating with their body and mind. Our program creates inner and outer peace, positive connections create a ripple of transformation because the Individual growth can inspire society, building a more compassionate and inclusive community.

Service

Our Goal is to  bring Peace. Awareness. Change. inside and outside prison walls in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Because inner freedom is a right—and a possibility for all. Moksha  has been transforming lives since 2015:

  • ✨ 10 years of yoga in 5 prisons
  • 👥 2,000 inmates served 
  • 🧑‍🏫 70 yoga teachers trained
  • 💜 150 dedicated volunteers

Maria Cecilia Foundation

Many years ago, María Cecilia, 12 years old, fell ill with leukemia. When she passed away, she left in her parents’ hearts a dream: "To help all the children who go through the same as María Cecilia." Thus the María Cecilia Foundation was born, and in 1995 they founded the first public and free pediatric onco-hematology service in Latin America, within the Maternal and Child Hospital of San Isidro, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. There we care for children with cancer, healing, relieving, and accompanying the children and their families.

Service

For 30 years they ensure that hundreds of children with cancer are cared for, comforted, and accompanied with love.

Impact

Your donations cover the treatment and care of hundreds of patients. The yearly cost  is approximately $5,000 USD per patient.

Stewardship School

Visit Giving Tree

Giving Tree’s new educational program, Stewardship School, empowers young adults to live a wholesome life by combining hands-on gardening through Permaculture Design with inner development through Yoga & Meditation. This immersive program blends hard skills like gardening, soft skills like non-violent communication and mentorship with guides and counselors as young adults engage in personal development and real-world projects in the garden.

Service

Students will learn skills in Outer & Inner landscaping as a primer for a future career as Yoga Teachers and Permaculture Designers. They will learn Outer Landscaping methods with hands-on experience in:

  • land, soil & water management
  • how to build a garden from bare dirt
  • how to design systems that produce abundance for people while caring for the Earth
  • physical fitness & hygiene
  • develop emotional intelligence
  • yoga movement, breath control and meditation

Impact

Your donation will be used to:

  • provide scholarships to young adults for our Stewardship School program
  • turn dirt into food at non-profit organizations in North Carolina & Arizona

Osaka Orphanage

Osaka Orphanage

The Holy Family Orphanage provides home for the 100 children (25 are babies) who live there.

Service

Take care of basic needs, education, recreation, and emotional development but it is not enough for all kids to have a social life and for staff.

Impact

Your donation will be used to:

  • expand facilities that help to enrich the lives of children
  • improve learning, supplement meals, recreational activities, improve living conditions,
  • pay for other amenities that a provide a safe and healthy life for foster children
