WAIVER

I understand and agree that by voluntarily participating in yoga classes and other activities given by Yoga Studies Institute, I assume that risk of injury, and neither, Yoga Studies Institute nor its principals, staff, instructors, landlord or insurers shall be liable for any injury or damage to me arising out of my participation in such classes and activities.

I agree to take full responsibility for not exceeding my personal limitations in the teaching and practice of yoga and other activities for any injury that I might suffer during my participation in these classes.

On behalf of myself, my personal representatives, heirs, next of kin, successors and assigns, I hereby release, waive and discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoga Studies Institute, its principals, staff, instructors, landlord and insurers, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury and death, that may be sustained by me, or any property belonging to me, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Yoga Studies Institute, its principals, staff, instructors and landlord, or otherwise, while participating in yoga classes and other activities on the premises. I understand that the Yoga Studies Institute is in no way responsible for the safe keeping of my personal belongings.

I am 18 years of age or older and of sound mind to enter into this Agreement. If the student is less than 18 years of age, the person consenting to this Agreement on his or her behalf represents and warrants that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the student and has legal authority to consent to the Agreement on his or her behalf.

I further state that I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Arizona.

Level 1 Foundation Certification

The Lady Niguma Level 1 Foundation Certification course is designed to help students of all levels develop a deep understanding of Lady Niguma yoga. The first part of the course will review Lady Niguma's fascinating legend, her lineage and how it's been passed down, an exploration of the inner body, the Lady Niguma Asana Series 1, and will instruct students how to live a Lady Niguma lifestyle.

Integrate what you learn in a 30 daily Wisdom in Action challenges where as a complement to the training videos. Establish a deep foundation of information and life experience in Lady Niguma's tradition.

Live classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 8AM EST for 4 weeks. Earn a certificate by completing the homework, quizzes, and a final exam, and the 30 day Wisdom in Action challenge.
