About The Course:

The Warm Up Course prepares you for Hatha Yoga Pradipika 1: Beating to Death to Death.

Journey into the Hatha Yoga lineage through video, articles, illustrative guides and community.

This warm up course provides methods, tips and insights from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, an ancient yogic text. All yoga practitioners will find something valuable here!

About The Hatha Yoga Pradipika:

The Hatha Yoga Pradipika describes the science and philosophy of Hatha Yoga:

+ asana (physical postures)
+ pranayama (breath and subtle energy)
+ shatkarma (cleansing)
+ mudra (subtle energetic connection)
+ bandha (energetic locks)
+ samadhi (perfect meditation)

These practices, when combined with deep understanding of how and why they work, help us to overcome the challenges and struggles that hold us back in our day-to-day life.

Written in the 15th century by Master Swatmarama, the text shows a path to its practitioners that will ultimately bring a sense of rich vitality, deep internal peace, and total personal fulfillment–not only for our own sake, but so that we can most powerfully help others.
