About the Course:

In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of the multi-dimensional landscape of meditation: how to overcome laziness by developing the habit of meditation, the preliminaries that allow us to transition into meditation, and the methodological background for meditation: Master Kamalashila’s 9 Stages of Meditation.

As a meditator progresses along these 9 stages they will encounter 5 universal problems and 8 corrections for these problems and this as well will be a major focus.

This class is ideal for someone who has never received formal training in the inner practices of yoga, like meditation or would like to refresh on the fundamentals.

This course offers an abundance of valuable pointers and tips to apply powerful techniques in a new way.
