Through this beautiful yoga series we explore the boundaries between "me" and "you" and plant powerful seeds for peace by breaking down the physical barriers we create between each other.  Using the healing power of human contact, all the poses in this series specifically designed for two people.  It also includes a guided meditation which encourages the heart to open.
